Swimming Holes
There are beautiful walking tracks and swimming holes in Mirimbah park at the base of Mount Buller. Check the swimming conditions if there has been heavy rainfall. More info here

Mansfield Hospital
Urgent Care Centre (UCC) is open 24 hours, 7 days a week for the treatment of medical conditions that need immediate care.
Entry is off Malcolm Street at the rear of the hospital.
For advice before you arrive call us on 03 5775 8800.
The UCC is overseen by a clinical nursing team with support from local General Practitioners serving as Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs), Victorian Virtual Emergency Department (VVED) via telehealth, and Ambulance Victoria.
We encourage you to seek non-urgent medical advice through your usual GP, pharmacist, Nurse-On-Call on 1300 606 02or the After-Hours GP Helpline on 1800 022 222. You can also directly contact the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department (VVED), a public health service for treatment of non-life-threatening emergencies via www.vved.org.au

Wangaratta Hospital is the closest major regional hospital with 24-hr ED and on-site medical team and full imaging facilities.

A loaf of wholemeal bread, butter, vegemite, jam, bananas, apples, yoghurt, cornflakes, muesli.

Be prepared with food that you know your child will eat. This is especially important for the all-day horse-riding adventure. You can bring a packed lunch in a backpack.
There is a Foodworks Supermarket less than 5 minutes drive from the hotel.

At a minimum all rooms will have a toaster, plates & bowls and cutlery so together with the breakfast pack you should be fine.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks to keep in the hotel room and bring with you on the hike.

All kids who expressed interest will be riding. We will draw the ballot and let mums know if they have been selected to ride on 1 March.

We have a few treats from Kez’s kitchen in the breakfast pack, but we recommend bringing a few things that you know you and your child will enjoy.
